My Taiwan Trip Day 3- Cing Jing Farm, Shillin Night Market

It is Day 3 of our trip here in Taiwan and we are up early from bed trying to catch the earliest bus from Sun Moon Lake back to Puli Town.

And so, we managed but we also had time to bought ourselves express breakfast from 7-eleven.

They even heat it up a bit for us...

It took us around 45m to reach Puli.

And from there we decided to take a txi to Cing Jing Farm because the next bus is like 30m away.

The Taxi cost us 1000TWD and the driver was very friendly as we chat and talk about our diffeent cultures.

After around 45 minutes, we reach Cing Jing Farm, bought our admission tickets and started the tour.

The greenery is outstanding and we quickly submerged ourselves with the beautiful surrounding.

The weather that day was also great as the sun was shining bright but we hardly feel any heat.

In no time at all, we started out photo taking mode.

Forex Trading Result: Week 13th- 17th Oct

Man... it has been 2 weeks I think since I posted any trading results here..

Partly it is because my laptop broke down....

Without my laptop, i wasn't able to do any forex trading...

Unlike some other traders who cna trade with their portable devices like smartphones and tablets, I depend entirely on my laptop because I have a set of indicators set up for my trading strategy.

Anyway, Since returning from Taiwan, I started trading again with my GF's laptop and here are the results:

I made over 300++ pips this week.

It is the highest so far because the most I have ever made in the past was 200++ pips per week.

Although the result for this week is great, I cannot get too excited because I know it will not be like week in week out.

Forex trading is like that...

So if you have a great week, don't be over confident and increase your lot size dramatically...

Alwayds follow your trading system and proper risk management.

My Taiwan Trip Day 2- Puli Town & Sun Moon Lake, Taichung

Here we are at Day 2 of my Taiwan Trip.

Today, we are heading to the city of Taichung where we will drop by at Puli township before heading to the famous Sun Moon Lake in Nantou district to spend the night

The time has come for my Taiwan trip.

The best thing is I don't have to planned anything for this trip because my girlfriend is in charge of it.

All I had to do was to find the right bus, MRT stops to get to our destinations...

There will be 3 of us in this trip, Me, my GF and our friend Jinz.


To start off, what is better that a photo at the new KLIA 2.

It is my first time there and let me tell you this, it is huge...

Walking from from the check in counter to departure gates will take a long time.

My taxi driver said the distance is more than 1 KM...

Laptop Black Screen Fixed!!!

It has been a while since I blogged and it is because my laptop went 'black screen' over me.

If you had a laptop for a few years, you might have came across this situation before.

It could not have happen at a worst time as I came across this problem while I was in Taipei for holiday.

Well, I decided that I didn't want to take any forex trades during my trip to Taiwan but I  brought my laptop because I wanted to upload photos daily so thta our friends and family back here can know what we were up to..

BUT... as soon as I checked in our 'minsu' (apartment hotel), I turn on my laptop and found out that the screen stayed black after even a long time... SHIT....

It almost destroyed my holiday...

The problem with black screen could be a few reasons,

- LCD display problem
- mother board (graphic card)

For my case, it was the graphic card....
Maybe I played some graphic intense games and caused the it to overwork...

So I had it fixed with the cost of RM 280 at Digital Mall, PJ..
But it took like 5 days...
However the laptop repair guy was good...
He told me about this problem earlier when I last visited him...

So, problem fixed!!!

If you have a problem with your computer or laptop, you can look for this guy..
He is good at repairing and servicing computers, laptop etc.. ( and cheaper than those bigger shops Like Aone)
